摘要
Compared with traditional motors, axial flux permanent magnet synchronous motors (AFPMSM) have the advantages of large torque inertia ratio, high power density, high efficiency and smaller volume. This paper designs a dual-rotor single-stator coreless AFPMSM with high temperature superconductor (HTS) as permanent magnet. The RMxprt module in Maxwell software is used to perform three-dimensional simulation calculations on a 28 kW axial flux permanent magnet synchronous motor. The electromagnetic characteristics of the superconducting motor are simulated. The characteristics of the motor air gap flux density, line back electromotive force and electromagnetic torque under load conditions are analyzed. The results show that the magnetic field strength of the motor is enhanced, the torque pulsation time is shortened, and the efficiency is improved. According to the research results, the performance law of the motor can be analyzed, and a reference can be provided for the best design scheme, shortening the design time and saving the design cost.
