摘要
The objective of this research is to show the similarities and differences between the student movements of the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s in South Korea. Also, it explores the reasons why civilians decided to march to protest against the government. In addition, it will describe the role of students in these years, what were the consequences, and what happened to democracy. Finally, it will show if there was any type of organization in these movements and if they left any legacy that can be seen in the present.
