摘要
With the increasing development of the Internet and mobile phone technology, bedtime procrastination caused by mobile phone addiction is infringing on people's health and causing distress to them. In order to make users deeply aware of the health risks caused by bedtime procrastination, this project proposes an interactive persuasion scheme based on health risk visualization. First, we design a preliminary solution based on risk perception and information visualization. Secondly, we find user needs through user research. And then we combined the user needs to optimize the scheme and developed an interaction design scheme for sleep persuasion based on health risk visualization. Finally, the feasibility of the scheme was verified through qualitative experiments and positive feedback from users was obtained. At the same time, the design pattern can also be used to help people correct other vices, such as being sedentary, not exercising, not drinking water, and supervise the development of healthy behaviors.
