摘要
In this paper, the Magnetic Field Assisted Melt-Spinning (MFAMS) technology is proposed. The theoretical consideration is based on solving the energy balance of quenched systems including the energy absorbed by magnetized seeds from the assisted magnetic field Hass. It is proved that Hass reduces the grain sizes improving the ribbons' coercivity and Hass in the perpendicular configuration reinforces the ribbon's texture enhancing the saturation magnetization. The threshold value of Hass required for melt-spinning NdFeB-based ribbons is evaluated equal 1.38 KG that guides designing the field-equipped wheel of a spinner system to realize the MFAMS system for producing NdFeB-based anisotropic ribbons and anisotropic bonded magnets prepared thereof. The experimental results fully support all the theoretical predictions and are discussed in detail.
