摘要
This article aims to investigate the current challenges pertaining to the integration of digital technologies in effectively managing multi-apartment housing stock throughout its lifecycle. A comprehensive statistical analysis of the management system applied to the multi-apartment housing stock in the Republic of Uzbekistan has been conducted. Additionally, this study explores the potential benefits of leveraging information modeling technology in managing the housing stock during the operational stage. Moreover, recommendations are put forward to facilitate the implementation of a unified digital platform to enhance the management of multi-apartment housing stock.
