Eduardo Chillida and Maria Zambrano, guided by an aroma

The aim of this work is to make known the dialogue between Chillida's work and Zambrano's thought. Based on the sculptor's collaboration in 1989 in the catalogue of the exhibition-homage to Maria Zambrano, on the occasion of the awarding of the Cervantes Prize to the Spanish philosopher, a concise chronicle is presented based on the few but significant collaborations and references that exist on Chillida and Zambrano that shed some light on the relationship that exists between their respective creative universes. With the aim of following the plot of this deep bond between the two, it takes as a reference the close relationship that the two maintained with Jos & eacute; & Aacute;ngel Valente, trying to show the mark that their friendship had on the creation of that invisible thread that unites Chillida and Zambrano.
