摘要
Artificial Intelligence applications are emerging as powerful means to enhance efficiency and accuracy, particularly in the management of temporary organizations such as megaprojects. These temporary organizations, focused on specific objectives within defined timeframes, stand to benefit significantly from cutting-edge AI technologies, particularly in forecasting during bidding, planning, and monitoring. Despite its importance, the literature on AI in projects and megaprojects management remains limited and fragmented, often lacking empirical support. This paper presents a comprehensive narrative literature review that emphasizes the practical benefits of AI technology throughout the project management lifecycle. It delves into how AI can enhance project management processes, aiming to fill the gaps in the existing literature. The work underscores the transformative potential of AI in project management and highlights the need for more empirical research to overcome barriers and harness AI's full potential.
