摘要
This survey comprises a concise review of 23 articles, delving into the influence of traditional and agile project management methodologies on risk management in software development projects. It explores the relationship between risk management and project management methods by examining prior research on risk management processes, tools, and techniques in traditional and agile software development projects. Additionally, it analyzes numerous peer-reviewed articles on risk management. The study's findings indicate that the impact on risk management varies between traditional and agile project management methodologies. Agile project management methods prove more effective in managing risk in complex and uncertain software development projects. In contrast, traditional project management methods are better suited for projects with well-defined requirements and low uncertainty. This study underscores the importance of selecting the appropriate project management approach based on the project's unique characteristics to enhance risk management in software development projects.
