摘要
This review aims to gather scattered information about the paths of some texts by Francisco de Holanda. As it would only be edited and published from the end of the 19th th century, that is, more than three centuries after the production of the texts, the routes taken by Holanda's manuscripts seem to aid in understanding the uniqueness of some of his propositions, while also contributing to the characterization of the Iberian intellectual landscape. In our view, the turbulent transmission of his texts provides an important piece of data for the comparison of the issues surrounding his production. In summary, the trajectory of the autographs is traced from their production in the 16th century, their rediscovery in the late 18th century, until their actual edition in the period between the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
