patients with overlapping peptides of glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD), islet antigen 2 (IA-2), and insulin antigens, and performed gene expression analysis by single-cell variable-diversity-joining (VDJ) sequencing and T cell receptor repertoire analysis.
