摘要
The development of an external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor (ERPMSM) with integer slots involving winding temperature rise and vibration noise was presented in this paper. Based on analyzing the characteristics and influence of different winding forms, a 710 kW 76.5 RPM ERPMSM with different pole slots with 72s/60p and 108s/36p for a coal-mine belt conveyor was calculated and analyzed using electromagnetic field and temperature and fluid field,and the structure mechanics of the PMSM with 108s/36p was also analyzed. Finally, the new prototype was developed and tested. The test results show that the maximum temperature of the winding is 94 degrees C, and the Vibration intensity is 1.12 mm/s, which is less than the relevant standard value. Major performance comparison tests also meets design expectations, it was verified that the low-speed high torque ERPMSM with integer slots has lower winding temperature and vibration noise.
