摘要
This article delves into the crucial realm of arterial blood pressure, particularly its impact on cerebral circulation. Arterial blood pressure, the force exerted by circulating blood against the walls of arteries, is a vital physiological parameter that significantly influences cerebral perfusion and function. The authors explore the intricate relationship between arterial blood pressure and cerebral blood flow regulation, elucidating the mechanisms by which fluctuations in blood pressure can affect cerebral hemodynamics and neuronal activity. Fundamental principles such as auto- regulation, neurovascular coupling, and cerebral perfusion pressure are analyzed within the context of maintaining optimal cerebral blood flow amidst varying blood pressure scenarios. Furthermore, the article discusses the clinical implications of altered arterial blood pressure on cerebral health, emphasizing the importance of monitoring and managing blood pressure to prevent conditions such as ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, and vascular dementia. Various diagnostic modalities and treatment strategies aimed at optimizing cerebral perfusion under different blood pressure conditions are also reviewed, underscoring the significance of individualized approaches tailored to patients' specific needs and risk profiles. Ultimately, the article underscores the critical role of arterial blood pressure management in safeguarding cerebral perfusion and neurological function, thereby enhancing patient outcomes and quality of life.
