摘要
Human resource management (HRM) is critical to enterprises. How to effectively evaluate the quality of HRM has been widely discussed. This paper proposes a performance evaluation method for HRM based on the mutation theory and the numerical membrane system. From the macro and micro perspectives of HRM, including the three dimensions, namely, enterprise, employee, and manager, each dimension contains two levels of indicators to build a comprehensive evaluation system for HRM. Three types of abrupt change models have been proposed based on data normalisation and potential function. Using the distributed parallel computing rules of the numerical membrane computing model, a numerical membrane computing model has been designed to evaluate the performance of HRM by combining the evaluation dimensions, index grades, index variable numbers, mutation functions, and weight factors. Finally, the experimental results on the relevant data of Company X from 2018 to 2022 show that the proposed method in this paper is feasible and effective for HRM evaluation. In addition, compared to traditional models, the parallel characteristics of numerical membrane systems have significant advantages.
