摘要
Metal oxides with perovskite crystal structure have draw much attentions due to their designable component and suitable energy band structure, which are regard as promising gas-sensing materials. Herein, porous Zn2SnO4/ 2 SnO 4 / CdSnO3 3 nanocubes based heterostructure consisted of Zn2SnO4 2 SnO 4 and CdSnO3 3 nanoparticles were prepared by a facile co-precipitation method followed by an annealed process, in which Zn2SnO4 2 SnO 4 was in-situ generated during the Zn doping into CdSnO3. 3 . It is showed that the Zn2SnO4/CdSnO3 2 SnO 4 /CdSnO 3 heterostructure displayed superior ethanol gas sensing performance including high response (214.38 toward 100 ppm ethanol), low detect limit (285 ppb), good selectivity, and excellent longterm working stability. The superior ethanol sensing properties of Zn2SnO4/ 2 SnO 4 / CdSnO3 3 are attributed to the high specific surface area, n-n heterojunctions, and abundant oxygen vacancies, which promotes surface oxygen adsorption/ionization process and carrier migration. This paper provides a novel strategy for enhanced gas sensing performance by in-situ generated heterostructure using perovskite as matrix.
