摘要
This paper aims to conduct reliability generalization meta-analysis (REGEMA) on the psychometric measures of Islamic work ethic (IWE) and explore the factors related to scale and study characteristics influencing its reliability. To achieve these objectives, after a rigorous screening process, 72 empirical studies are considered for REGEMA having accumulative sample size of 22,846. The REGEMA results show the IWE with a reliability effect size of 0.857 (p < 0.05), varying between 0.843 and 0.878 with 95% confidence interval. The results of meta-regression reveal that cultural differences significantly affect the reliability of the IWE.
