摘要
In the era of digitalization and the emergence of experience economy, science museums are facing a lot of difficulties and challenges: 1. The social function of museums is moving from "popularity enhancement" to "deepening of the degree of use" as a service challenge. 2. The popularization of science and education in commercial institutions is in full swing. More and more science popularization institutions are doing the same type of educational activities as museums. 3. The boundaries of the function of science museums are beginning to blur, not only the display of "objects", but also the diversified development of a single exhibition function can no longer meet the needs of the people. The main contradiction of domestic science museums is that the government-led construction of science museums has realized the importance of audience experience, but there is no way to provide users with immersive service experience. In this paper, the pain points of the user needs of science museums are summarized as user experience oriented, and the interview method and user journey and service blueprint are utilized to construct a service design system of science museums, with a view to providing users of science museums with more complete services. It is complementary to science museums that already have a spatial base to provide visitors with a more complete service experience.
