摘要：

In this paper, we study a matrix nonlinear Schr & ouml;dinger (MNLS) equation with high-order effects. Through the Darboux transformation, we construct soliton solutions of the MNLS equation up to the second order. Based on the analytic solutions, proper parameters are chosen to display evolution and elastic interaction of the solitons.
