摘要
Enhancing organizational resilience is an effective strategy for addressing climate risks. Green technology innovation is regarded as a cost-effective approach to mitigate the impact of climate risks on enterprise production and operations. Concurrently, digitalization significantly influences the production and management within enterprises. It's crucial to understand how enterprises' perceptions of climate risks affect organizational resilience, as well as the mediating effect of green technology innovation, and the moderating effects of digital transformation and organizational slack on this relationship. To this end, we have developed a moderated mediation model incorporating dual moderating effects, which we validated using data from 633 Chinese manufacturing enterprises. Our study reveals that the corporate perception of climate risk can enhances organizational resilience. The improvement in organizational resilience stemming from these perception can occur through both direct and indirect pathways, particularly by fostering green technology innovation, with green process innovation contributing more significantly than green product innovation. Moreover, enterprise digital transformation positively moderates the relationship between corporate climate risk perception and green technology innovation. Green technology innovation enhances organizational resilience through a factor-driven process, with organizational slack facilitating this process, indicating a positive moderating effect. This study enriches the theoretical frameworks surrounding climate risk perception and organizational resilience, offering valuable management implications for enterprises undergoinggreen and low-carbon transformation.
