摘要
To promote the regionally integrated energy system (region integrated energy system, RIES) stored energy efficient utilization and renewable energy given on the spot, this paper proposes a meter and cloud energy storage (CES) "electricity-hot-air" pluripotent RIES optimization allocation model of the Internet. First, the basic configuration of G-RIES is completed. Secondly, take into consideration cloud storage and price-based demand response (DR), forming "source-load-storage" coordinated optimization operation mode. Thirdly, considering the carbon discharge and hydrogen storage equipment of the system, the RIES two-tier model with the stepped carbon dealing mechanism is established. Finally, the improved sparrow search algorithm is used to optimize the upper model with obtain the optimal planning capacity. The CPLEX commercial solver is applied to optimize the lower model and acquire the minimum handling cost. Through the comparative analysis of multiple Projects, the results verify that the advised model advances the flexibility of system operation and lessens the cost of system operation.
