摘要：

Active surveillance is recommended for low-grade non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (LG-NMIBC) in view of its good survival prognosis. The aim is to maintain quality of life by reducing surgical interventions while minimizing the risk of tumour progression. How can people be identified who are suitable for continuing active surveillance even after a recurrence?
