摘要：

In this paper, we define the general class H-P ( lambda, alpha, gamma ) of analytic and p-valent functions with negative coefficients. We investigate various important properties and characteristies of this class. Also, modified Hadamard products for functions in this class are obtained. Finally, a family of integral operators is considered.
