摘要
In high-income countries, 1.5 out of 1000 newborns are affected by hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Neurological impairments are common in survivors. Qualitative MRI analyses were examiner-dependent and time-consuming. The automatic calculation of the diffusion-impaired brain volume made it possible to predict the neurological outcome after 24 months.
