摘要：
Harnwegsinfektionen stellen ein h & auml;ufiges Problem im Kindesalter dar. Unabh & auml;ngig davon, ob begleitend ein vesikoureteraler Reflux vorliegt oder nicht, erhalten viele Betroffene eine Langzeit-Antibiotikaprophylaxe. Ein deutsches Forscherteam untersuchte nun mithilfe einer Metaanalyse von Studiendaten, welche Folgen die Dauertherapie auf die Entwicklung von Bakterienresistenzen hat.
