摘要
In this study, an analysis of rotor dynamics is performed on investigate its critical speed and mode shape under the coupled bending and torsion state. The high-pressure small-flow gear compressor adopts a three-axis helical gear system for transmission. A lumped mass method is applied to establish the model, and the overall transfer matrix method is employed. MATLAB software programming is used to solve the equations, obtaining the critical coupling condition. The results indicate that the rated speed of the design parameters, can operate safely and smoothly.
