摘要
This research introduces a methodology for designing a staggered double-vane (SDV) traveling-wave tube (TWT) optimized for efficient operation at 200 GHz. The two-stage structure effectively suppresses backward beam-wave interaction and generates a stable output signal. By conducting particle-in-cell simulation, it is observed that the proposed structure generates effective beam-wave interaction and has a gain of 33.51 dB at 20 ns.
