摘要：
This paper presents a quantum dot mode-locked laser platform heterogeneously integrated with low-loss Si waveguides and Si photonics devices. Such devices promise great advancements for high-performance computing, high-bandwidth communications, and precision spectroscopy in next generation PICs.
