In every community, there is that one key event that stands out each year. It could be a special anniversary (like the Fourth of July), a religious celebration (such as Christmas), or an astronomical event (like Chinese New Year). For the microwave community, this event is the International Microwave Symposium (IMS), traditionally held in the United States each June in the framework of IEEE Microwave Week.
