COLLABORATION SCHEME OF THE SECRETARIAT OF EDUCATION OF TOCANTINS WITH STATE MUNICIPALITIES: IMPACTS BEFORE THE PANDEMIC

This article addresses the issue of the challenges of public education in Tocantins in the face of the pandemic, with the objective of analyzing the issues related to the effectiveness of the collaboration regime between the state and the municipalities in the contemporary moment of crisis. For that, the methodology oriented through bibliographic references was used, as well as, documentary on the theme, following with a qualitative approach, that allowed a concrete foundation of the facts, in a critical way. The conclusions point to signs of commitment from collaborations, considering the economic impact proved by the pandemic situation, even with actions through public policies directed at educational demands.
