Five new meroterpenes from the seeds of Psoralea corylifolia and their diacylglycerol acyltransferase activity

摘要
Five new meroterpenes (1-5), have been isolated and elucidated from the seeds of Psoralea corylifolia together with four known bakuchiol analogues (6-9). The structures of these compounds were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis (NMR, HRESIMS and CD). Among them, compounds 1 - 9 were found to exhibit selective inhibitory activity on DGAT1 with IC 50 values ranging from 54.4 +/- 1.3 to 98.2 +/- 1.1 mu M.
