摘要
The challenges faced by modern organizations are very diverse. Dynamic changes in market, technological, economic, demographic and, above all, climate and eco-logical processes generate a number of solutions using artificial intelligence (AI), which helps in achieving sustainable development goals. The application of the principles of sustainable development should be an element of the strategy of every organization. The aim of the article is to identify activities aimed at sustainable development in which artificial intelligence solutions were used. The article presents the results of research conducted using the desk research method on secondary sources. The researched secondary sources were scientific publications from the Scopus and Elsevier databases, source documents, research reports and publications of official statistics from 2020-2023. The Science Direct database was also used, in which topics and related entries were reviewed. The analysis of available data sources, including in particular their compilation, mutual verification and processing, allowed for the formulation of research conclusions. The achievement is the collection of a set of good practices in which artificial intelligence was used and which support the achievement of sustainable development goals in various industries. In addition, using the results of the analysis of secondary sources, key macrotrends that affect 17 sustainable development goals were identified. The article presents examples of good practices using artificial intelligence supporting the implementation of sustainable development goals.
