摘要
In this review, we summarized the current advances in perioperative management and the evolution of surgical techniques in RPLND. Decades of global experience have contributed to our understanding of RPLND, resulting in an acceptable morbidity rate and a well -established management algorithm for complications. We anticipate RPLND to continue evolving and expanding its role in the management of GCT.
