摘要
As the results of low color-correlated temperatures (CCT) and high color rendering indexes (CRI), white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs) coated with phosphor are ideal for energy-saving and environmental protection solidstatelight source. To further optimize the optical performance of WLEDs, we prepared CaY2ZrScAl3O12:Ce3+ green phosphor by solid- phase sintering, and the efforts of doping ratio of Ce3+ in green phosphor were studied. X-ray diffraction (XRD), SEM, Photoluminescence (PL) and photoluminescence excitation (PLE) were used to investigate the crystal phase, microstructure, and photoluminescence properties. CaY2ZrScAl3O12 :Ce3+ phosphor can produces green light in a wide emission band from 440 to 700 nm which making up the "cyan gap", thus, Phosphor-in-glass (PiG) with full-visible-spectrum emission was successfully prepared by incorporating commercial CaAlSiN3:Eu2+ red phosphor and CaY2ZrScAl3O12:Ce3+ green phosphor in glass matrix at a low sintering temperature, the InGaN blue LED combined with this PiG demonstrates high-quality white light with a high CRI(Ra=92.4) and low correlated CCT(4358K). The results show that WLED using this PiG has a huge potential in full spectrum illumination.
