摘要
In response to the dynamic changes in citizens' lives, governments worldwide have embraced digital transformation through the implementation of e-government systems. This paper explores the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing the efficiency of e-government services. With the ability to process large datasets and make autonomous decisions, AI is positioned to optimize government operations and improve service delivery. The integration of AI in public policies reshapes governance by enabling data-informed decisions. The study employs a systematic literature review to assess the existing research landscape on the impact of AI on e-government efficiency.
