摘要
It has been said that the right of petition enabled those who did not enjoy their political rights to make their voice heard, but during the first years of the French Revolution, were all the letters, m & eacute;moires, adresses and petitions received by the National Constituent Assembly attended to equally no matter who their sender? Or was there discrimination for socio-economic, gender, religious or racial reasons? The identification of the records of the Committee of Reports and the analysis of the 6,555 items that this committee registered have allowed us to analyse the treatment accorded to each of the registered items.
