摘要
Due to the excessive use of traditional fossil fuels to bring a lot of harm to the environment, this prompted us to study a new renewable and Eco-friendly energy source. Among numerous new energy sources, solar energy is currently one of the hotspots due to its environmental and renewable advantages. Therefore, photocatalytic technology using solar energy has become one of the most promising research directions. So far, a major focus of photocatalytic technology is to find a stable and efficient photocatalyst. As a metal free conjugated polymer, graphite nitride carbon has become a research hotspot in the field of photocatalysis. Now, graphitic carbon nitride has been applied in many aspects of photocatalytic, but due to the shortcomings of graphitic carbon nitride itself has led to its limitations. Thus, researchers have optimized it through doping, heterostructure construction, morphology control, and defect engineering. The optimized graphite carbon nitride has wider application value.
