摘要：

The meaning of life is a topic in philosophy. This work tries to offer an answer about what can be understood by the << sports meaning of life >>. To do this, we resort to the philosophy of Jos & eacute; Ortega y Gasset and his commentators, but also Gustavo Bueno. Each part of the expression is discussed, just to then directly face the guiding question of our research: << Is it worth dedicating your life to extreme sports?>> It is concluded that answering this question requires establishing an extra-subjective value criterion, which is not an easy task.
