摘要
In this work, we report the recent development of millimeter-wave reconfigurable reflect-array. By properly loading PIN diodes into reflective unit cells, 1-bit and 2-bit phase shifting can be achieved, providing a cost-efficient solution to beam steering antennas at millimeter-wave frequencies. In particular, a single-polarized 2-bit reflect-array of 1300 cells and a broadband dual-polarized 1-bit reflect-array of 400 cells are realized at Ka-band, showing a good agreement between the simulated and measured results.
