KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT FOR INNOVATION IN THE CURRENT MANAGERIAL CONTEXT

The present research aimed to highlight the most relevant aspects of Knowledge Management for Innovation in the Current Management Context, for this purpose it focused on the theoretical postulates based on authors such as; Arocha (2020), Brice & ntilde;o (2020), Quijano y Y & eacute;pez (2020), Cuero (2019) , Gonz & aacute;lez y & Aacute;lvarez (2019), Calvo (2018), P & eacute;rez (2016), among others. As for the research, it is documentary, under the eminently qualitative paradigm, using deductive, analytical and exegetical methods, as well as interpretation and critical analysis techniques. The methodology used was a bibliographic documentary review in five areas; Management of Knowledge, Innovation, Intellectual Capital, Tools and Factors. Among the conclusive findings, the following was achieved: the organizational leader given the constant changes that lead to an economic, social, cultural, political and technological transformation, the companies that are the product of dynamism do not escape from it, in this sense; It must manage knowledge through the transfer of knowledge, using tools and techniques to do so. Taking into consideration emblematic factors to innovate, know and take advantage of opportunities and thus manage good decisions; Since the creativity to be developed in the organization will depend on this to innovate in the current context and face the crises that may arise, breaking barriers, without fear or limitations, in order to achieve the success of the objectives set and stay in time with products and / or services in a sustainable and sustainable way.
