摘要
The municipality of Rio de Janeiro manages an extensive network of elementary schools. It is a very heterogeneous network, and in this context, it is strategic to encourage the development of sound pedagogical practices. The Cartographies project identifies good practices developed in schools, their systematization and documentation, thematic cataloging, publication in a collaborative city map, and dissemination through communication actions. Its objective is to offer, internally and externally, visibility and recognition of validated good practices and their authors while promoting and encouraging the sharing of reported initiatives. Today, the project already has a solid and growing base of practices. Communication actions and the possibilities of integration with the performance improvement plans of the schools in the network are leveraging the potential for disseminating these good practices. This work aims to present the action, its objectives, approaches, and current results and discuss, in the end, how it can be understood as an innovative practice in public education.
