摘要
This research analyzes current and future shipping behaviors, potential employees' willingness to work as crowdshipping (CS) driver-partners, as well as stakeholders' characteristics. Revealed and stated preference survey questionnaires were designed and implemented in the US. This descriptive study makes use of the survey dataset to understand the behavior of requesters and potential CS driver-partners in the logistics market and assumes that crowdsourced delivery is available. The results show various behaviors, expectations, and characteristics of requesters, as well as of prospective CS driver-partners. The results can be used to improve logistics services, recruit potential CS driver-partners, and create business strategies that match requesters' and potential CS driver-partners' expectations.
