摘要
This research project concentrates on augmenting students' learning and academic performance by creating a mobile application called EduCator. The app's primary goal is to enable teachers to supervise individual students' progress, consequently helping them improve their teaching methods. Using the Design Thinking Process, this study recognized prevalent challenges faced by users, proposed solutions, produced a prototype version of EduCator, and tested it through UEQ-based questionnaires. The EduCator software consists of communication messages, gamification strategies for enhancing motivation in learners, a pupil monitoring tool that allows tracking learners' achievements, various educational resources such as notifications, and several performance matrices essential for ensuring proper assessment mechanisms are in place. Results obtained from respondents indicate positive attitudes towards EduCator. Its capability allows parents to access real-time data regarding a child's progression while offering innovative features required in web-based studying platforms, making significant contributions to education technology.
