摘要
The efficient integration of digital technologies into all facets of school operation is the responsibility of principals of schools undergoing digital transformation in the 21st century. As part of the project "e-Schools: Development of the System of Digitally Mature Schools", which has completed its second phase of implementation in the Republic of Croatia, the Framework for Digital Competencies of School Principals was created. The necessity of educational institution (school) principals maintaining suitable digital infrastructure is emphasized in this study, along with some related challenges. The digital skills that the principal must have in order to properly manage the school's digital infrastructure were highlighted in particular. The key steps of the methodology for developing the framework were briefly described in the paper. Particular attention was paid to the presentation of the digital competencies developed within the field of digital infrastructure (a total of five competencies), as well as typical activities (a total of 24 typical activities).
