Es gibt nur wenige Berichte & uuml;ber Behandlungsergebnisse von Plattenepithelkarzinomen des Kopf-Hals-Bereichs (HNSCC) mit Fernmetastasen (M1) bei der Erstdiagnose, und die Behandlungsstrategie ist nicht standardisiert. Das Ziel japanischer & Auml;rzt*innen aus Niigata war es, das Behandlungsergebnis und die prognostischen Faktoren von Patienten mit HNSCC mit initialer M1-Erkrankung zu analysieren.
