摘要
Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) is widely used in various fields with advantages of high power density, low loss and high reliability. Attention has been paid to the cost of PMSM and their control systems. In order to reduce the volume and cost of the systems, this paper proposes a new dc-link current sampling method of single current sensor. Then, the principle of three-phase current reconstruction from a single current sensor is introduced. In addition, this paper research the load of fuel pump driven by PMSM, and the combined pump model of centrifugal pump and gear pump is established. However, in the dc-link current sampling, when the space vector is distributed in the low-modulation region and the sector boundary region, the reconstruction error will occur. To solve this problem, this paper presents a method named phase shift compensation method to compensate the non-observed region. Finally, a simulation model of the fuel pump driven by PMSM is built to verify the validity and reliability of sampling by a single sensor in the dc-link.
