摘要：
The paper presents the basic European legislation regarding the 4th railway package. It recapitulates the individual roles of the participants in the authorization process, individual types of authorization and procedures for submitting applications and entering data in the registers. It also deals with individual categories of changes and their impact on the type of vehicle.
