摘要
This paper presents a vector control strategy for a doubly fed induction motor through the implementation of non conventional type of control called fuzzy logic controller. This alternative controller aims at improving the control performance of the doubly fed induction motor regardless the motor parameter changing. The control strategy avoids the use of conventional PI regulators within the vector control technique which needs more computation to identify the parameters of the regulators under each loop. However, it employs fuzzy logic controllers, within the rotor currents and speed loops, as a substitution of PI regulators to obtain more robust control.
