摘要
This paper presents finite control set model predictive control (FCS-MPC) for regulating the fundamental output voltage of an inverter for stand-alone systems in microgrid applications and uninterrupted power supply applications. The cost function in the algorithm consists of tracking the reference output voltage and its derivative using filter current and output current as the state variables. A single step prediction horizon is used to reduce the computational burden. The inverter voltage vector and its associated switching signals which minimise the cost function are then selected and applied to the inverter directly. The system is modelled in Matlab/Simulink and validated against abrupt load changes and non-linear loads. The results show improved dynamic response to sudden load demand with improved voltage quality at the output.
