摘要
In this letter, an ultra wideband rectenna using a novel wideband matching circuit for energy harvesting systems is proposed. A new simple and wide band matching circuit configuration that operates from 0.9 to 2.5 GHz is connected to an ultra wideband (UWB) antenna to make a rectenna system. Simulation results of proposed rectenna exhibits good matching performance (S11 <-10 dB) and a high RF-dc conversion efficiency (>55%) throughout a broad frequency range from 0.9 to 2.5 GHz, covering GSM, Wi-Fi, and WLAN bands. The maximum efficiency of the rectenna is around 61% an output voltage is over 1.9 Volt, for an input power of 10dBm and load resistance of 750O. Based on the proposed structure for matching scheme, a highly efficient UWB rectenna over a wide frequency band is achievable with stable high efficiency.
