Development of the case method in group work sequenced by stages with peer review

摘要
Carrying out practical works in the classroom is a fundamental part of the university subjects development. The group works developed on realistic cases are especially interesting. In the subject "Science and environmental impact of civil engineering" at the UPV, an experience has been carried out consisting of the application of the case method, preparing complete group work organized into 5 partial tasks through the teaching application of the UPV Poliformat. Each of these stages are solved sequentially over 5 weeks, guaranteeing continuous evaluation. In addition, these deliveries have been evaluated, in the first place, by the classmates themselves and then reviewed by the teaching staff. The imbrication of all of them completes the practices final work. The results obtained are explained in this article which, being satisfactory, encourage us to continue applying this methodology.
