摘要
Anti-p200 pemphigoid is an autoimmune blistering disease that often resembles other pemphigoid disorders. We developed a test for the detection of autoantibodies against laminin beta 4, an autoantigen in anti-p200 pemphigoid, to facilitate its diagnosis. The test demonstrated excellent sensitivity and specificity, making it a valuable tool for diagnosing this disease and distinguishing it from similar skin disorders.
